Traveling MEP Project Superintendent

What you'll do

• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and MEP scopes
• coordinate site setup, sequencing, logistics, long-lead items, trade mobilization, and permitting
• lead daily site operations and subcontractor meetings
• track progress and costs
• inspect installations for quality and design compliance
• maintain logs and as-built documentation
• manage MEP schedules and commissioning
• coordinate with owners, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners
• lead safety talks and enforce site protocols.
