What you'll do

• Safely and courteously pick up and drop off customers
• assist with vehicle movement and valet pickups and drop-offs
• organize and park vehicles in designated spaces
• keep the lot and shuttle vehicles clean and maintained
• coordinate with service teams
• record passenger names and pickup and drop-off points
• notify the dispatcher or service manager of shuttle maintenance needs
• direct customers to appropriate personnel.
