What you'll do

• Read work orders, blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing instructions
• fixture, set up, and operate CNC equipment
• select work holding and install tooling
• make basic machine adjustments
• measure and inspect parts with precision tools
• learn and apply basic G-Code concepts
• make minor program and controller adjustments
• record inspections and job information
• perform routine equipment checks and communicate maintenance needs.
