What you'll do

• Obtain daily production schedules and preparation requirements from the chef
• prepare items according to production sheets and recipes
• complete production and waste logs
• taste meals for quality
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food
• follow HACCP and sanitation guidelines
• take customer orders and prepare short-order items
• serve customers at multiple stations
• resolve customer concerns.
