The Caregiver role is onsite in San Ramon, CA, serving clients in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. Qualicare Home Care SF Bay Area caregivers provide one-on-one support to help clients live safely and independently at home. The role exists to support clients’ daily needs and well-being through personal care, companionship, household assistance, and help following individualized care plans. Caregivers also document services and connect clients with community activities and errands.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• provide companionship and emotional support
• accompany clients on outings, shopping trips, and errands
• provide non-medical medication reminders
• assist with ambulation and safe transfers
• follow care plans and client-specific instructions
• complete documentation and charting.
