The Program Supervisor — Day Program, Human Services role is onsite in Shermans Dale, PA, with compensation of $19.50 per hour. The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities at home, at program centers, and in the community. The supervisor leads program staff and provides hands-on support to participants as they pursue personal goals. The role coordinates activities and training, maintains safe operations, and manages staffing and documentation so participants can build skills and take part in community life.

What you'll do

• Supervise program staff
• support participants’ Individual Support Plans and personal goals
• assist with medication administration and documentation
• promote vocational and positive behavior skills
• coordinate recreation, educational, social, and pre-vocational activities
• communicate with families and support teams
• conduct meetings and training
• maintain safety procedures
• manage schedules, incident reporting, budgets, and required paperwork.
