Machine Operator – 1st Shift

The Machine Operator works onsite in Tolleson, AZ, on the first shift, Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Starting pay is $21.82 per hour. California Closets designs custom storage and organizational solutions for homes. The operator sets up, runs, monitors, and performs basic troubleshooting on wood-processing and packing equipment. The role supports production by meeting quality and quantity expectations, recording output and errors, inspecting equipment, and maintaining a safe, orderly work area.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot wood-processing equipment
• follow facility safety processes
• produce parts to quality and quantity specifications
• record units produced and errors
• inspect equipment and perform routine adjustments and maintenance
• maintain a clean work area
• inspect products and report problems
• load and unload products
• store materials properly.
