Apartment Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect community conditions and address unsafe or broken items
• perform minor and routine repairs
• maintain grounds
• schedule and complete preventive maintenance
• understand utility and maintenance systems
• coordinate inventory and apartment preparation
• follow hazardous-material and safety requirements
• assume maintenance responsibilities when the supervisor is absent.
