Sheeter Machine Operator

Job overview

The Sheeter Machine Operator role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, with a full-time schedule Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM and occasional overtime as needed. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour. Mill Rock Packaging designs, engineers, and produces customized paperboard, folding carton, and commercial printing products. The operator sets up and runs sheeting equipment to cut and process materials to customer specifications. Monitoring output, performing quality checks, and following safety and production procedures help meet quality standards and production goals.

• monitor operations and adjust as needed
• perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• inspect and measure finished materials
• maintain production and quality records
• minimize material waste
• follow safety, GMP, and quality requirements
• maintain an organized work area.
