What you'll do

• Lead property operations, budgeting, financial performance, occupancy, and collections
• manage LIHTC and affordable housing compliance, certifications, income and rent restrictions, utility allowances, and tenant files
• lead and train property staff
• oversee leasing, resident relations, maintenance, vendors, inspections, and property conditions
• ensure fair housing and regulatory compliance
• analyze performance and recommend actions to senior management.
