Project Director / Project Executive

Job overview

Compensation is $200,000–$250,000 per year. The Project Director / Project Executive is an onsite role based in San Diego, CA. , and this position supports the construction delivery team in managing complex projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role exists to provide executive-level leadership and oversight for construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Director serves as a primary point of contact for clients and design partners while driving business development and team performance.
