Compensation is $31–$39 per hour. The Commercial Facilities Engineer is an onsite role based in Waltham, MA. , though the role supports the facilities team in the execution of daily operations for a portfolio of Class A office and light industrial commercial investment assets. This role exists to assist with general maintenance, preventative repairs, and tenant work orders to ensure efficient building operations. The engineer contributes to the team by maintaining equipment, performing diagnostic troubleshooting on mechanical systems, and participating in an on-call rotation to address emergency maintenance needs.

What you'll do

• Assists with general maintenance and building repairs, completes tenant work orders, acts as a vendor escort, performs preventative maintenance, maintains workshop organization, and responds to after-hours emergencies.
