Dispensary Associate Lead

What you'll do

• Greet customers and verify identity and registry cards
• explain products and promotions
• process orders and payments
• package products according to regulations
• complete required documentation
• maintain inventory and cash controls
• assist with scheduling, onboarding, and training
• coach associates
• open and close the dispensary and manage staff when senior managers are absent
• resolve routine customer concerns
• maintain facility cleanliness and compliance.
