What you'll do

• Prepare and serve Bistro food and beverage items, including alcohol
• greet guests and take accurate orders
• deliver room-service orders
• verify bills and handle payments
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• complete opening, closing, and assigned shift duties
• prepare coffee to Starbucks standards
• bartend when necessary
• set up service areas and board room
• follow recipes, portions, health regulations, and required logs.
