What you'll do

• Assess children’s strengths, challenges, and readiness for adoption
• build therapeutic relationships with children and positive relationships with people significant to them
• maintain ongoing contact with people knowledgeable about each child
• develop and update comprehensive recruitment plans
• conduct monthly home visits and supervise visitation and transportation
• document case and recruitment activities
• carry out Wendy’s Wonderful Kids child-focused recruitment activities.
