Infant Teacher

The Infant Teacher role is onsite in Mount Juliet, TN. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. Tiny Little Blessings is a Christian early learning center serving children from infancy through Pre-K and aims to provide a safe, loving environment where children can grow and learn. The teacher provides attentive infant care and age-appropriate developmental experiences, supporting milestones and maintaining a safe, sanitary classroom. The role also builds communication with families and coordination with co-teachers and school leadership.

What you'll do

• Provide nurturing infant care
• feed and diaper infants and follow individual schedules
• create age-appropriate learning and sensory experiences
• support developmental milestones
• maintain a clean and sanitary classroom
• follow health, safety, licensing, and classroom procedures
• communicate with parents
• cooperate with co-teachers and leadership
• complete daily classroom documentation and parent communication.
