What you'll do

• Post transactions and reconcile manufacturer factory part statements, extended warranty and insurance products, finance reserve statements, and monthly floorplan statements
• prepare monthly sales unit-count and achievement reports
• research and post bank-statement transactions as needed
• assist with month-end closeout entries
• back up accounting clerk desks
• assist with training accounting clerks and overseeing designated schedules
• serve as supervisor to accounting staff when the Dealership Controller or Office Manager is absent.
