High-Velocity Account Executive, North America

Job overview

The High-Velocity Account Executive role is remote in the United States. The annual base salary range is $80,000–$100,000, plus commissions. The role reports to the Director of North America High Velocity Sales and supports MariaDB’s revenue growth and new-customer acquisition. This quota-carrying sales role owns a rapid, high-volume sales cycle, primarily focused on acquiring new customers. It builds and manages pipeline, guides prospects from outreach through contract execution, and works with internal teams to support successful customer onboarding.

What you'll do

• Prospect and engage new accounts and stakeholders
• develop outbound sales pipeline
• manage opportunities from lead generation through negotiation and contract execution
• conduct virtual product demonstrations
• maintain forecasts and client records in SFDC and Clari
• collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership
• meet monthly and quarterly targets
• travel up to 20%.
