What you'll do

• Manage bodily injury liability claims through the full lifecycle under a Claims Supervisor
• interpret policy coverage and draft correspondence
• communicate coverage determinations
• investigate liability, damages, and exposure
• manage litigated claims and direct defense counsel
• develop litigation strategy
• negotiate claims
• participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and trials as needed
• maintain claim files.
