The Operations Support Specialist role is onsite in Edmond, OK, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The role supports an autism therapy clinic whose mission is to provide high-quality, child-centered applied behavior analysis therapy for children and families. This specialist manages clinic operations and team performance in coordination with clinical staff, helping the clinic meet quality standards and operational goals. The work spans scheduling, facilities, intake, hiring and staff development, community outreach, and non-clinical family support.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain client and technician schedules and communicate appointment changes
• review time-off requests
• manage purchasing budgets, equipment, supplies, facility maintenance, safety, and related documentation
• identify growth opportunities and develop demand forecasts
• support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee performance, training, and development
• lead community outreach and marketing coordination
• serve as a primary contact for families on non-clinical matters
• collaborate with the Treatment Director on staff performance.
