Immigration Law Associate – Employment-Based Immigration

The Immigration Law Associate role is open to fully remote or hybrid work based out of the firm’s Philadelphia, New York City, or Washington, D.C. offices; the salary range is $145,000–$165,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Klasko Immigration Law Partners’ corporate practice handles high-volume employment-based immigration matters. The associate counsels corporate clients and manages immigration cases from eligibility analysis and evidence development through petition preparation and agency responses. The role also supports client compliance and workforce planning, communicates case strategy, and supervises junior associates and paralegal staff.

What you'll do

• Counsel clients and oversee employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant cases involving USCIS, DOL, and the Department of State
• assess eligibility, analyze legal issues, and develop evidence
• draft and revise H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and other petitions and applications, audit responses, and complex RFEs
• conduct PERM placement and reduction-in-force analyses
• research client matters
• communicate with clients and foreign nationals
• support immigration program management and compliance
• delegate and supervise junior associates and paralegals.
