What you'll do

• Lead Manufacturing Execution System initiatives across manufacturing functions and plants, advance ERP systems supporting Operations, and identify how Epicor MES or integrated alternatives can support transactions.
• Facilitate manufacturing-wide work sessions, gather requirements across locations, partner with IT on potential AI applications, lead Epicor module design and deployment, develop training materials and SOPs, and report to the Operations Steering Committee.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications as described, 10+ years of operations functional leadership, strong ERP and IT experience, and at least five years of production supervisor experience in complex manufacturing. The position may require up to 40% travel within North America; PMP, Lean Sigma Black Belt, and Epicor implementation experience are preferred.
