The Phlebotomist II, Float role is onsite in North Fort Myers, FL, with compensation of $22.79–$24.41 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., and Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. The role may be assigned to a doctor's office, patient service center, or other location as business needs dictate. The phlebotomist collects and processes clinical and forensic specimens, verifies patient and specimen information, and maintains records. As a floater, the role travels between multiple sites to cover staffing needs and supports accurate, safe patient service.

What you'll do

• Collect blood specimens, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing
• verify patient demographics and specimen labels
• maintain records and documentation
• maintain a safe and professional environment
• travel between assigned sites and cover patient service center or in-office phlebotomy locations.
