What you'll do

• Lead general ledger, consolidations, close, payroll, tax, accounts payable and receivable, and treasury
• oversee revenue recognition under ASC 606
• maintain internal controls and support audits, reporting, board materials, filings, and fundraising diligence
• coordinate tax compliance with FP&A and Legal
• improve financial systems and automation
• oversee stock-based compensation accounting and cap table reconciliation
• develop the accounting team and manage external financial partners.
