Physician Extender — Orthopedics and Sports Medicine

The Physician Extender works onsite in Union, NJ. Compensation is $60,000–$75,000 per year. The role supports Alliance Orthopedics’ multidisciplinary medical and conservative care teams. What you'll do

• Build rapport with patients and understand their goals
• obtain clinical histories and perform preliminary assessments and evaluations
• organize physician schedules, notes, imaging studies, and care plans
• record vitals, test results, progress notes, and other medical information confidentially
• support patients and families as a liaison
• conduct next-day post-procedure follow-up
• facilitate distribution of durable medical equipment
• support regulatory compliance and clinic administration.
