What you'll do

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training for CDL applicants and company drivers
• teach safe vehicle operation, defensive driving, and DOT regulations
• provide behind-the-wheel training for commercial vehicles, including Class B with Air Brakes
• evaluate driver performance and provide feedback
• train drivers on Hours of Service, electronic logging devices, and safety procedures
• maintain training records and certifications
• prepare trainees for CDL exams
• conduct refresher and remedial training
• verify routing.

Why this role
