What you'll do

• Coordinate executive speaking engagements from intake through handoff, maintain and quality-check roadmap data, and support reporting, executive calendars, and microsites.
• Maintain the content hub and team pages, triage inboxes and messaging channels, document recurring workflows, test data flows and automated or AI-enabled workflows, and support executive communication projects through proofreading, material review, and stakeholder coordination.
