What you'll do

• Provide evidence-based reading interventions in phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension
• identify students needing reading support
• administer screeners and formative assessments and monitor progress
• collaborate with classroom teachers and communicate with families
• participate in required Read to Succeed or approved professional development as applicable
• provide targeted math interventions aligned with South Carolina standards
• use diagnostic assessments, manipulatives, and visual models
• participate in RTI/MTSS meetings.
