What you'll do

• Rotate among assigned tax sites
• coordinate outreach with site leadership
• explain available benefits and services
• conduct preliminary eligibility screening
• assist with applications, renewals, and documentation
• support Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program assistance
• make warm referrals
• document services and outcomes
• follow up on incomplete applications
• obtain and maintain required IRS Basic tax certification
• travel among assigned sites.
