What you'll do

• Oversee field operations and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and labor
• lead preconstruction and coordination meetings
• maintain site logistics and phased utilization plans
• manage schedules, progress, safety, quality, risk, and compliance
• conduct safety briefings and inspections
• manage quality-control documentation and corrective actions
• track milestones, punch lists, and closeout
• mentor field staff.
