What you'll do

• Provide circulating and scrubbing support in the operating room
• prepare patients and answer questions before surgery
• monitor patients during and after procedures
• pass instruments and supplies to surgeons
• maintain a safe and comfortable operating-room environment
• educate patients on recovery
• and help maintain sterile equipment and rooms. Schedule is 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., four eight-hour days per week, with a 32-hour guarantee. The posting specifies weekday call two to three days per week and weekend call one weekend per month.

Why this role

Cataract experience is required. Scrubbing and circulating experience, Phase I/PACU experience, Cerner experience, ACLS, and current BLS are required. Local travelers within 50 miles are not eligible; candidates must have their own vehicle.
