What you'll do

• Lead transportation strategy across LTL, truckload, intermodal, parcel, ocean, and air freight
• manage carrier sourcing, procurement, negotiations, and performance
• optimize networks, routing, capacity, and parcel operations
• oversee budgets, forecasting, analytics, and KPI reporting
• partner with distribution, planning, inventory, merchandising, compliance, finance, customer care, procurement, and technology teams
• coach and develop transportation staff.
