Automotive Technician

Job overview

The Automotive Technician role is onsite in Sycamore, IL, with pay of $22–$45 per hour. Midas provides vehicle inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services. The technician diagnoses and services customer vehicles, completing repairs and maintenance across major automotive systems while working independently and collaborating with peers to support a successful full-service facility.

What you'll do

• Diagnose vehicles using computer systems
• perform tire repair, heating and air conditioning, steering and suspension, belt and hose, cooling system, battery, starting and charging, brake, oil change, check-engine, muffler, and exhaust work
• conduct visual safety and courtesy inspections
• follow safety and environmental standards.
