What you'll do

• Lead and supervise Health Information Management Services operations and staff

• ensure compliance with privacy laws and release-of-information requirements
• train and coach staff
• conduct audits and performance reviews
• collaborate with providers on billing and documentation
• manage privacy complaints
• coordinate privacy and security practices
• oversee patient record controls and statistics
• support research, utilization review, medical audits, and other organizational needs
• gather records for auditors and payors.
