What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care including vitals, point-of-care testing, injections, and clinical procedures
• prepare visits through chart review, pre-visit planning, and care-gap identification
• supervise, coach, and train Medical Assistants and Lead MA
• support CLIA and Vaccines for Children program compliance
• manage supplies and inventory
• support quality improvement initiatives and track metrics.
