What you'll do

• Assist the store management team with overall retail-store operations when scheduled or assigned
• follow GCT policies and report theft, misuse of company property, or illegal activity
• resolve customer complaints fairly and refer unsettled disputes to the store manager
• coach and train associates on the assigned sales-floor or production team
• perform scheduled keyholder opening or closing duties.
