What you'll do

• Perform administrative and general office duties
• provide information to clinic callers and transfer calls as needed
• greet and direct patients and visitors
• schedule patient appointments and clinic flow
• screen and update registration information
• maintain organized patient records and front-desk areas
• confirm appointments
• verify payment methods and collect data or payment as appropriate
• handle complaints and refer them when needed
• support EHR/EPM implementation
• follow confidentiality and HIPAA protocols.

Why this role

Clinical Medical Assistant certification and BLS certification are required; English/Spanish bilingual ability is preferred. Occasional Saturday hours and periodic travel to different clinics may be required.
