Construction Laborer — Refractory and Insulation

The Construction Laborer position is onsite in Jackson, WI. Pay is $18 per hour. Refractory Service, Inc. is a specialized refractory contractor serving industrial facilities and applications involving high temperatures. The laborer assists with refractory, insulation, masonry, and occasional steel work, following specifications and safety practices. The role supports project completion through hands-on construction tasks, tool use, cleanup, and hazard removal.

What you'll do

• Assist with brickwork and masonry tending
• work with castable and sprayed concrete
• install insulation products
• perform basic MIG and stick welding and steel fabrication
• use hand and power tools
• perform general construction labor and clean tools and equipment
• drive a forklift after provided certification training
• remove hazards and clean work areas.
