What you'll do

• Follow the standard maintenance workflow
• screen work notifications with operations to clarify scope, equipment, priority, and completion expectations
• visit job areas and document field information
• plan job steps, labor, materials, services, tools, instructions, drawings, and permits
• write work instructions when needed
• coordinate with specialists and engineers
• obtain vendor information and quotes
• plan preventive maintenance and update task lists and equipment bills of materials
• assemble job packages
• monitor backlog and planning accuracy
• use SAP for work planning, requisitions, reservations, and parts tracking.
