What you'll do

• Maintain property cleanliness and upkeep inside and out
• perform snow removal and landscaping as needed
• complete maintenance service requests and repairs independently or with the team
• communicate maintenance activities and work-order updates
• prepare apartments for move-in
• inspect the property and maintain cleanliness and curb appeal.
