What you'll do

• Coordinate nursing department administration and clinical activities on an assigned shift
• ensure admissions and assessments are completed
• address emergent resident needs and make clinical decisions
• serve as a staff resource and delegate responsibilities
• participate in inspections
• support resident assessments and care plans
• make rounds to monitor care and work assignments
• monitor documentation and report issues to the Director of Nursing
• coordinate staffing and meet with staff
• provide direct care as needed.
