What you'll do

• Coordinate payment issue investigations and resolutions with internal teams, payment service providers, and acquirers
• serve as the primary operational contact for payment issues across the Americas
• lead incident management, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and stakeholder reporting
• lead regional fraud operations and card-fraud investigations
• oversee chargeback disputes and reduction strategies
• monitor payment KPIs and optimize routing, configurations, and payment flows
• collaborate on dashboards, checkout improvements, compliance, and operating procedures.
