What you'll do

• Serve as the overall Oracle Fusion HCM solution architect and primary client-facing contact
• provide solution leadership and design governance across HCM workstreams
• lead workshops, discovery, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
• review designs across Core HR, Security, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Integrations, Reporting, and Data Migration
• manage dependencies, risks, and issues
• support project governance
• advise HR and business leaders
• present recommendations and implementation strategies
• mentor functional consultants
• lead the Talent Management workstream end-to-end.
