The Line Cook III role is onsite in Honolulu, HI, with available AM shifts from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and PM shifts from 5 p.m. to 12:30 or 1 a.m. Starting pay is $23.50–$25.00 per hour, including the stated base starting rate and tips. Maui Brewing Company Waikiki is growing its back-of-house team. The cook prepares menu items at an assigned station, follows prep lists and recipes, maintains a clean work area, and follows food-safety and sanitation guidelines. The role supports kitchen operations by communicating with teammates and chefs and learning other stations as needed.
