What you'll do

• Shape and lead a company-wide safety culture
• develop and execute health, safety, environmental, compliance, and risk initiatives
• partner with leaders to identify risks and strengthen compliance
• lead incident investigations, workers’ compensation, emergency preparedness, regulatory reporting, and safety measurement
• build and mentor safety, environmental, and compliance professionals
• represent the cooperative with regulators, industry partners, and community stakeholders
• engage with employees across the trade territory.
