What you'll do

• Assist with developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures
• serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff
• supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a unit
• monitor and manage staff, provide feedback and evaluations, and administer performance counseling or discipline
• assume patient care as needed and build relationships with patients. Requires current RN licensure and BLS
• ACLS and CRRN certifications must be obtained within the stated timeframes. Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience and prior leadership experience are required
• a bachelor's degree is preferred.
