The Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance Technician II role is onsite in Omaha, NE, with compensation of $35–$38 per hour. The technician maintains and troubleshoots production and facility equipment to support reliable operations, product quality, safety, and continuous improvement while helping reduce equipment downtime.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• operate processing machinery as needed
• use blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• maintain water plant and refrigeration equipment
• ensure equipment is functional and supplies are ready
• order and track repair parts
• visually inspect ice quality
• conduct root-cause analysis and implement countermeasures
• perform minor facility and grounds maintenance
• coach others in tool and equipment use
• assist with bagging product and production workflow as needed
• perform basic electrical and electronic maintenance
• complete safety checklists and address safety issues
• identify process improvement opportunities.
