What you'll do

• Work with the Purchasing Manager on food inventory
• reconcile deliveries against orders
• inspect incoming goods for condition and freshness
• distribute items to appropriate departments
• respond to supplier and employee inquiries about orders
• organize and sanitize dry storage
• rotate stock by receipt date
• deliver perishables to the kitchen
• maintain the dock
• complete scheduled offsite and specialty pickups as requested
• monitor supplies and alert the Purchasing Manager to reorder needs.
