What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interviewing for skilled-trade and professional roles.
• Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish.
• Lead the summer internship program and provide HR operational support, including performance management coaching and workplace investigations.
