Lead Certified Nursing Assistant

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on client care and cover open shifts as needed
• travel throughout service areas to support clients
• maintain client safety and report condition changes
• oversee quality processes, caregiver evaluations, field assessments, and care plan audits
• train and coach Personal Care Coaches
• review care plans with nurses and administrative staff
• monitor client satisfaction and address concerns
• maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
• support scheduling, onboarding, team meetings, and continuous improvement.

Why this role
